Essences are an ancient healing modality, having been used in Lemuria and Atlantis. In the early 1900s, Dr Edward Bach brought these powerful form of healing back to prominence with Western World. He believed that, by rebalancing his patient’s emotional body, the illness would most likely improve. Flower Essences are prepared liquid tinctures made from many different sort of flowers. They are prepared by picking fresh flowers, still wet with dew and placing them in a clear glass bowl of spring water during the early-morning hours. The bowl of flowers is lef in bright sunlight for a period of several hours. Flower essence preparation depends on the energy of sunlight to imprint water with the healing vibrational properties of flowers. With certain flowers a different method may be used.
