Violet and Golden Ray Visualization

The below visualization can be done any time, any place and anywhere! There are 3 steps to it:

Begin by breathing slowly and regularly.

1. Visualize and inhale Violet light down into your body, and see it moving down into Earth. Leave this flow of energy Violet light on “automatic”, as they say!

2. Visualize radiant Golden light coming up from Mother Earth, moving up into your body (alongside the Violet light) and out through your head.

3. Vizualize the two radiant energies meeting and mingling in your Heart centre, and ‘exhale’ a mist of Violet and Golden light.

Continue this for as long as you choose. Just see in your mind’s eye where you choose to send this Violet and Golden light to.

You can do this visualization to send love to  other people, to yourself (in the mirror), to an entire country, to clear a space, to raise the vibration of food.
